Chinese employers won't reply, if they are not interested in your offer. Never mind! Keep sending your CV, till you don't get a job.
Good luck!

HOW?
1 Prepare a decent CV
2 Send it to different employers as many times as possible, the more you apply the more chances you will get
3 You must be fluent
4 Do not have choices
5 If you are very desperate, then accept any salary till you get a better one along the way
6 After all the above, you will master, get experience and join the game
*If it wont work for you then lose hope and try another way out*
Whatever race or nationality you are, you can find a job in China if you are persistent enough. Patience is the key. Send out as many resumes as possible and someone will call you. It takes a while but you'll get there.
