Q: Surgically enhanced bosoms...
What's your opinion of them?
(especially given the amount of money spent on cosmetic surgery in this - and so many other - country/ies).
Is there any sort of cosmetic surgery that is 'ok'? Or, they're all bad if it's only for vanity?

I don't go for them. Give me natural every time.
My ex-wife didn't like the way her breasts finished up after breast feeding four littlies so she went and got a boob job. Cost a packet. The trade off was that she would perform oral duties on a monthly basis for a year but that never happened. I didn't mind about that as it's the concept, rather than the reality, that does it for me.
Anyhow, I divorced her. Or she me. Whatever.
Breast implants don't go away in the lying down position and that's not a turn on.
So my advice, don't do it.

Of course they are appropriate for anyone who needs them, including vanity. I was just giving my opinion. All things being equal, natural breasts are best.
They explode if the owner drinks cold water.

when I was young in Texas, all the girls/women were getting 'Nose jobs',,,, that was the 'in thing' at the time. seemed harmless enuf and made the girls feel better about themselves,,, so, it was alright with me. I am however, fundamentally against extreme modification by surgery as a rule.
I know a girl in Beijing who has enhanced bosoms, it's not silicone but some other material and it looks quite real if not for the giganormous size of the things like one's head, otherwise they bounce and swing around like real ones, they don't look fake. She was already on the bigger end of Chinese ones back then, it might help.
Well, it would be great if she didn't do face surgery, she was good looking on natural, now she looks like a freak who came straight out of a Japanese anime.
I am not against surgically enhanced body parts as long they look real even if disproportionate. Some people are into really big breasts, bottoms or muscles so why not if it can help to fulfill their (sexual) fantasies. But personally, I won't do a Manga character.

They never look natural, very freaky. I don't know about other men but as long as my gf has bigger breasts than me, even if just slightly, it's all good. If a girl ever had that done to herself I'd think she was an airhead. Unless she has none whatsoever and it bothers her so much she is a prisoner in her own head. If you like big breasts you're in the wrong continent.

Hair transplants are ok. Non invasive harmless procedure. My hairline is receding, not a full blown retreat, but regular checks at mirror and use of minoxidil. My mate got it done for about 13000 dollars and it was worth every penny. If it comes to it I'll do it. F ppl if they think you re vain

Being bothered by hair loss is silly. That's life, man. How about when you start going gray? A dollop of boot polish?
Half the male population have hair loss by the time they're 30. It's called nature.
The ppl who care about such a thing likely care about similar nonsensical stuff and are bound to be held hostage to populism and fashion magazines.
Heaven help them, I say. Life goes on. Get real and start living.
