Q: What Star Trek race would you identify with the Chinese?
I would describe them as Ferengis who pose as Klingons. You all?

Nice question to see whilst in the middle of my next generation marathon. The society is very borg like. When in small groups they act like Ferengi though. Cowardly on their own but the instant they have an advantage over you they show their teeth. Let's not forget how they will rip you off the first chance they get.

Ha ha.. The original question. Chinese are human.
Wumaos however are like tribbles. Stupid furry little things that can destroy civilisations by their desire to just eat sleep and consume without a single thought about what they are actually doing.
I was thinking more along the lines of Romulans. They never display too many real emotions, similar to Vulcans, but when they can, they try to initiate battles in groups. But once you get them outgunned, they tuck their tails and run and hide. They love politics and they love to control everything but when someone stands up to them, they know their rightful place in all this. Just watch DS9, how long did it take to get them into the conflict with the Dominion? They stalled and thumbed their noses up to so many of the conflicts they could have helped solve, just like in real life. And yet, whenever it suits them, or there is their own interpretation of "historical precident" they take.

The Ferengi...hands down...Most only care about money.
